To create Amy Polar Bear I took a picture of Amy Poehler at the Golden Globes and a picture of a polar bear. I cut out the polar bear's face and blended it on Amy's. Then I added a frame and an icy background to finish my project.
I first took a uncolored background from the humor folder and filled it in with different colors, patterns, designs to create the setting for the characters. Then I colored and placed the 3 characters into my background.
The main part of this assignment was the collage and to create that I found a ton of images of things I liked online. Then I made a waldo version of myself using a cutout of my face. I hid that in the collage to make a personalized where's waldo.
To create my Edward Gorey inspired project, I cut out different shapes and objects from a black background. I placed them on a pattern background and added a slogan at the top that rhymed, to match the shapes I made.
To start this project I took a blank coloring book picture of a bird and some different colored feathers. Then I took my feathers and duplicated them to the amount I wanted. By placing them where they would be on a bird it made it a more realistic version of a colored bird.
I first took a regular picture of myself and outlined the main parts of it excluding the background. Then I colored in the picture with similar colors of the original picture. Then I added in a cool background then I finished cartooning myself.
I first drew the outline of the body and then colored with the paint bucket tool. Then I put in lines going horizontally across the body. I traced out the background of a geometrical patter and then colored it in. That is how I recreated Acrobat by Pablo Picasso.
I first contoured the main elements of the picture. Then I colored in the picture to somewhat resemble the original artwork using a similar color palette. I finally then added in my face and hands, also I applied different filters and effects to the image to finalize it.
